Personally, working out with Jack3d increases my satisfaction after achieving a goal. I feel naturally rewarded after my workouts. This is complete unverified broscience, but it may alter dopamine/serotonin functions in the body. All I know is, if I have an awesome or shit workout then my emotions are intensified.

How to take Jack3d?

I start by taking the prescribed initial first scoop. See how your body reacts to this in the next 10-30 minutes. If you’re Australian like me, use a 600ml bottle and put the scoop of Jack3d supplement in that. Water temperature doesn’t make too much of a difference in my opinion.

Drink 10-30 minutes before workout begins. Once you start get hot flushes, go balls out with your workout. After this, document what you felt for future reference.

After this, increase your serving to 2-3 scoops and take before all workouts.

You may want to flush Jack3d out of your system after 2-3 months due to diminishing returns and build up of active compounds in Jack3d. This is complete broscience, but many bodybuilders/powerlifters and myself swear by it.
